Confidentiality: The e-supplier system you are accessing includes information and data that is proprietary
and confidential to LabCorp. Such information and data may not be used, copied,
distributed or disclosed except to the extent expressly authorized by LabCorp.
It must be safeguarded strictly in accordance with applicable LabCorp policies,
your supply agreement, or other agreements setting forth your obligations with
respect to proprietary and confidential information of LabCorp. Failure to strictly
comply with such obligations could result in revocation of your ability to access
such information or data termination of your relationship with LabCorp,
and/or criminal prosecution.
Warranty: As the System utilizes the Internet, eSupplier is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available"
basis. LabCorp disclaims any and all warranties whether express or implied, including
without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose regarding eSupplier, its functionality, its use of the Internet or any information
provided under this Agreement. LabCorp assumes no liability or responsibility for how the
user uses the System or the information, LabCorp makes no representations of any kind,
express or implied, regarding the safety, accuracy or efficacy of the System, or the information,
or that the System will operate in a manner that is uninterrupted or error-free, or regarding
any other subject matter of the Agreement.
